Overview
The course focuses on managing the constraints faced in any project: limits on time, human resources, materials, budget, and specifications.

Course objectives
Delegates will :
  • Understand the purpose of the Time and Cost Management.
  • Use the Work Breakdown (WBS) as a foundation for estimating and control.
  • Use tools for effective time / cost management.
  • Establish a comprehensive baseline.
  • Use Earned Value Analysis (EVA) to evaluate and measure time and cost.
  • Identify the characteristics of troubled projects.
  • Use effective negotiation strategies for time and cost.
  • Plan for contingencies and anticipate variations.
  • Predict future project performance based on historical data.
  • Monitor changes and close projects on time.
